What are the steps to open the sand filters?
1. Before starting the machine, check that the multi-directional valve of the filter sand cylinder should be adjusted to the filtering state; check whether the corresponding valves on the pipeline are in the correct state; check whether the hair collector is blocked, if any, clean it first; check whether there is air in it, if any, exhaust the air first; Check whether the tank cover is tight and air tight. If there is air leak, tighten the tank cover to make it tight and air tight. Check whether the liquid medicine pipe of each dosing system is normal and unblocked, whether there is liquid medicine in the medicine barrel, and whether the valve on the injector < nozzle has been opened to ensure that the dosing system is in ready working condition; Check whether there is air accumulated in the main return water pipeline, if any, it shall be discharged through the drain valve;
2. Start up one water pump motor in the order of starting up; after the water pump motor operates normally, start the water pump in turn, and the standby pump does not need to be started; Record the pressure gauge index on the filter, check whether backwashing is necessary; check whether the water pump operates stably without noise; check whether the dosing system operates normally; check whether the water outlet of each water injection port is normal by visual inspection at the pool side. Backwashing function 1. Check before starting up. If the reading of the pressure gauge on the filter sand cylinder is higher than 2.5kg/c ㎡ or above, backwash the filter sand cylinder immediately; confirm that the relevant water pump of the sand cylinder to be backwashed has stopped running; adjust the multi-directional valve on the filter sand cylinder to the backwashing state; 2. Backwashing sequence First run the water pump; check and observe the clean water mirror on the sand cylinder until the water is clean; then close the water pump. Note: if it is impossible to check the backwash water, the duration of each backwash should be 2-3 minutes.
3. Before starting the rinsing function, check and confirm that the backwashing has been completed; confirm that the water pump has been closed; adjust the multi-directional valve on the filter sand tank to the rinsing state; confirm that the relevant valve on the pipeline is in the correct position; rinsing sequence: first turn on the water pump; after 1-2 minutes of operation of the water pump, look at the clean water mirror and then turn off the water pump (with the water cleaning as the judgment standard). Before starting the drainage function, check to adjust the multidirectional valve on the sand cylinder to the drainage state; confirm that the relevant valves on the pipeline are in the correct state; check whether the hair collector is blocked, if any, clean it first; check whether there is air in it, if any, exhaust the air; check whether the tank cover is tight without air leakage, if there is air leakage, tighten the tank cover to make it tight without air leakage; Check whether there is air in the main return pipe, if any, it must be discharged through the exhaust valve; if there is overflow return pipe, please close the main valve on the overflow return pipe; note: in the process of drainage, please try to prevent the interruption of the water pump; before starting the circulation function, check whether the multi-directional valve of the filter sand cylinder should be adjusted to the circulation state before starting the machine; Confirm that the relevant valves on the pipeline are in the correct state; check whether the hair collector is blocked, if any, clean it first; check whether there is air in it, if there is air, exhaust the air; check whether the tank cover is tight without air leakage, if there is air leakage, tighten the tank cover to make it tight without air leakage; if there is overflow return pipe, close the main valve on the overflow return pipe; Check whether other equipment is in good condition; check after startup: whether water pump operates normally; whether other relevant equipment operates normally. Turn off the function to turn off the water pump, turn off all the water flow to the sand tank or swimming pool (turn off the sand tank), and turn the multi-directional valve of the filter sand tank to the off state.
4. When the 3-phase water pump of water pump is started for the first time after installation, it must be confirmed that it can not be started in reverse direction; if there is any abnormal noise or vibration during the operation of water pump, it shall be stopped immediately for inspection; if the flow of water pump is far lower than the design flow, it shall be stopped immediately for inspection; the water pump shall not be turned without water; the hair collector shall be checked and cleaned frequently; Before cleaning the back cover of the hair collector, the air in the tank shall be discharged first, and a layer of oil shall be coated on the rubber ring to seal; in winter, the water pump and the water in the hair collector shall be drained before the water pump is shut down for a long time. The multidirectional valve on the filter is absolutely not allowed to operate under pressure, and it must be operated under the condition of shutdown and no pressure; the multidirectional valve must be switched in place during operation; if the resistance of the sand cylinder increases by a certain range (2.5kg / cm2), it must be backwashed.
