The size of the gap determines the filtration accuracy of the sand tank. When the gap is small, the filtration accuracy is high. But if the gap is too small, the water output of the whole sand layer will be reduced, which will affect the water output of the sand tank. Therefore, the gap between quartz sand determines the filtration effect, while the size of quartz sand and the integrity of quartz sand directly determine the size of the gap between quartz sand. Therefore, it can also be known that this is an important factor in sand tank filtration;
3. After the sand is paved, install the filter sand cylinder, and pay attention to check the tightness.
Precautions for sand replacement of filter sand tank in swimming pool:
1. Before sand replacement, the electrical components near the sand tank shall be completely covered with waterproof materials (such as plastic, etc.) to prevent burning.
2. When filling sand, the central pipe shall be sealed with raw material belt to prevent sand from entering the central pipe.
3. When cleaning sand, it is necessary to wash before backwashing, and pay attention to observe the pressure gauge during backwashing. If the pressure exceeds 3kg during backwashing, it shall be immediately switched to normal washing.
