Characteristics of overflow grille in swimming pool:
1. Anti skid. The surface of the swimming pool grille is generally covered with rhombic convex lines, which has a very good anti-skid effect. The convex edges are soft and easy to clean.
2. Corrosion resistance, toughness and anti-aging. These products will not corrode and rust under the action of chemical media, with reliable quality and long service life. It also has the characteristics of stable grid size and good surface gloss.
There is no need for regular or irregular inspection and maintenance. It is also different from wood and other materials, which will rot and mildew. It is an upgraded product of traditional iron, wood, cement and other materials.
3. Its density is small. Compared with steel grating, the density of grating cover plate is only 1/4 of steel and 2/3 of aluminum, and its strength is 10 times that of rigid PVC. Its absolute strength exceeds that of aluminum and reaches the level of ordinary steel. Its self weight is light, which can greatly reduce the foundation support and reduce the material cost of the project. Its cutting and installation are simple, without hot work and large lifting equipment, and only a small number of manual and electric tools, which greatly reduces the installation cost.
4. Flame retardant. Generally, the oxygen index of grille cover plate (tested according to GB 8924) is above 32, and the flame propagation rate (tested according to ASTM E-84) is flame retardant grade I; The flame propagation rate of high flame retardant vinyl grille is less than 10.
The overflow grille can also carry weight. Walking on it can not only prevent people from slipping, but also stand trampling.
