How to Install The Fountain Lights
Underwater fountain lights are lighting fixtures under the fountain pool. Some parks, amusement parks, scenic spots, and squares with high consumption flow will construct water feature fountains, and even fountain theme parks. Therefore, the purpose of installing lights for the fountain is to illuminate the water flow and make the fountain more eye-catching at night. So how to install underwater fountain lights? What precautions should be taken?
Installation of underwater fountain lights: Select the nozzle model to match the center hole of the fountain light; Lock the fountain lamp onto the nozzle.
What precautions should be taken when installing underwater fountain lights
1. Before installing underwater fountain lights, electricians need to prepare the following electrical systems accordingly. The minimum distance between the grounding fault current circuit breaker and the power supply and the water fountain lamp is 1200mm, and the minimum size from the bottom of the junction box to the water surface is 300mm.
2. Ensure that the electrical system and wiring of the fountain facilities comply with current national regulations and local codes and regulations.
3. Before installing this lamp, the installation of the corresponding electrical system must be completed by a certified and qualified electrician. It is recommended to consult the local construction department to ensure that all regulations regarding the electrical system load of the fountain pool are in effect.
4. The circuit system of underwater fountain lights needs to be equipped with GFCI (Ground Fault Current Circuit Breaker) and have a suitable rated current circuit breaker.
5. The position of the transformer or junction box should be at least 300mm above the horizontal plane and at least 1200mm from the fountain pool.
6. The length of the wire connecting the underwater fountain lamp to the transformer should not exceed 30m, otherwise it may cause the fountain lamp to malfunction;
7. To achieve synchronization, all underwater fountain lights should be correctly connected to the same switch.
