Customized INOX316 Lamp Ring
One of our old customers asked me whether we can produce the INOX316 material swimming pool lamp ring for him to replace the original light ring.
And we asking him to send us a sample for testing and measure all the details, the lamp ring like below:
After we testing and measure all the details, we listed below:
AISI 316 light cover, outside diameter 260 mm, inner diameter 169 mm, thickness 4 mm, with 3 pieces hexagon screw plus card nut, mirror polishing, electroplated surface.
Then our customer place the first order 200 pieces. And make his LOGO on the ring.
The finished lamp ring is below, our packing is each ring with one protective film, which made of ARM material, its best protect the ring not be scratched.
The product customization requirements are as follows:
