The working principle of fountain water show

Fountain water show is a dynamic visual art created by synchronously linking water patterns, lighting, music (and laser/projection) in milliseconds through a computer control system, utilizing fluid dynamics principles. The core working logic is as follows:

Core driver and energy conversion
Power source: The submersible pump converts electrical energy into kinetic and potential energy of water. The frequency converter adjusts the motor speed to precisely control the water pump pressure and flow rate, determining the height and strength of the water column.

Fluid physics: Based on the conservation of momentum and Bernoulli's principle, water flows through a pipeline and is accelerated before being ejected from a nozzle, overcoming gravity to form an upward throwing motion; By changing the cross-sectional area of the outlet, the flow rate and spray distance can be adjusted. ‌‌

Shape shaping technology
Nozzle intervention: Different geometric structures of nozzles determine the water type. The direct flow nozzle produces a straight water column, the flower shaped/rotating nozzle disperses the water flow through an internal refractive plate to form an umbrella or mushroom shape, and the atomizing nozzle tears the water flow into fine mist.

Special effect: Combined with CNC air burst technology, ultra-high spray (hundred meter level) can be achieved, and using high-speed flash to illuminate the water curtain can produce visual residual images of water droplets suspended. ‌‌

Intelligent synchronous control
Signal analysis: The control system (such as PLC or microcontroller) analyzes the pitch, rhythm, and strength of music into digital signals.

Accurate execution: The signal drives the frequency converter to adjust the water pump pressure, while controlling the opening and closing of the solenoid valve and the color of the LED light, achieving millisecond level synchronization of water, light, and sound on the time axis with an error of less than 0.1 seconds.

Dynamic feedback: Advanced system integrates sensors to monitor real-time parameters such as wind speed and water pressure, dynamically adjust commands to stabilize performance effects or trigger safety protection. ‌‌

In short, the fountain water show is a combination of "electric mechanical hydraulic" energy conversion and digital timing control, which transforms static water bodies into programmable dynamic 3D images
