Operating environment of music fountain control cabinet
Nowadays, many urban squares, scenic parks, and commercial districts have installed music fountain equipment for landscape lighting. The wonderful performances we see, featuring agile water patterns, synchronized lighting, and the combination of music and laser projection, are all reliant on a reliable music fountain control system.
It can be said that the key to whether a fountain looks good, is stable, has a high failure rate, or lasts for many years lies not in the water pump and spray head, but in the control system. The entire set of equipment, including water pattern switching, light color changing, laser linkage, and projection synchronization, is all controlled and scheduled by the control cabinet.
Guangzhou Yicheng Fountains & Pools Equipment Co., Ltd. is an experienced musical fountain manufacturer in the industry, specializing in undertaking various types of fountain projects, ranging from large to small and medium-sized, throughout the year. We have always adhered to the principle of "quality first, customer supreme", focusing not on showy appearance in equipment, but rather on the stability of on-site implementation and the convenience of later operation and maintenance. Through years of construction and debugging, we have accumulated a wealth of first-hand practical experience, and have a mature standardized plan for equipment debugging, daily operation, and later maintenance.
The fountain control cabinet serves as the brain of the entire music fountain system, as all start-stop, transformation, and linkage commands originate from here. Many on-site equipment malfunctions are largely attributed to substandard operating environments in the early stages, a point that is often overlooked by on-site management personnel.
The control cabinet must be placed in a ventilated and dry location, free from corrosive gases and flammable and explosive materials. A basic safe environment must be ensured. The equipment is suitable for operating at temperatures between -5℃ and 45℃. In summer, when the control room is enclosed and stuffy, and the temperature rises too high, air conditioning must be turned on to cool down, otherwise the internal circuit boards, relays, and power modules are prone to high-temperature burnout. In winter, when the temperature drops below 0℃, it is recommended to shut down the equipment and power it off to prevent water accumulation in the pipes from freezing and cracking the equipment.
Attention should also be paid to environmental humidity, with the relative air humidity being controlled within 90% as much as possible. Prolonged dampness can lead to moisture damage to the cabinet, oxidation of circuits, and short-circuit tripping. In terms of power supply, conventional industrial 380V, 50HZ AC power is used, with voltage fluctuations not exceeding ±5%. Voltage instability can directly cause issues such as system garbled code, abnormal equipment start-stop, and program errors.
