Julie Penrose sculpture fountain, Colorado Springs, USA
It is an open cycle made of silver steel plate with 366 nozzles arranged along the internal contour of the fountain. It sits on a hidden turntable, so it can rotate every 15 minutes. Fountains represent life in which water flows between the atmosphere and the earth.
