How to keep the swimming pool water warm in winter?
There are two kinds of swimming pools: outdoor open-air swimming pool and indoor thermostatic swimming pool. From the nature of the use of swimming pools, there are competition pools, training pools, diving pools, children's water pools and so on; from the nature of operation, there are public swimming pools, swimming pools in commercial hotels, and swimming pools in private villas. However, no matter what kind of swimming pool, there is a requirement to maintain a constant temperature of the pool water. The temperature of the pool water varies with the nature of the use. The heat loss of swimming pools includes the following aspects:
(a) Water in swimming pools continuously loses heat due to surface evaporation, surface conduction, bottom and wall conduction.
(b) Because people swim in the swimming pool, they will lose part of the pool water, so they must constantly supplement the heat transfer, while the supplementary water needs to be heated, and need to supplement a part of the heat;
(c) In addition, water treatment equipment and pipes throughout the swimming pool are continuously discharging heat to the surrounding environment.
These losses of heat need to be constantly supplemented in order to maintain a certain temperature of the pond water. These heat losses, together with heat loads such as showers in swimming pools and gymnasiums, can be called regular heat loads.
In addition, the constant temperature pool water also has a one-time replacement of all new requirements. In order to clean and disinfect, it is required to empty all the pond water and re-input warm water in a certain period of time. If the supplementary water is cold water (water temperature is 5-15 degrees Celsius), then the heat required to heat the whole pool water is a one-time impact load.
I. Water temperature in swimming pool
In general, the water temperature of indoor swimming pool is 24-29 C, and that of outdoor swimming pool is 22-30 C. If the indoor swimming pool has perfect air conditioning and heating facilities, it can be taken at 25 degrees Celsius; if the temperature is low, it can be taken at 27 degrees Celsius. The heat loss is related to the temperature of the pond water and the ambient temperature. Generally, the indoor ambient temperature is 1-2 C higher than that of pool water. The data show that:
The optimum environmental parameters of indoor swimming pool are:
Air temperature 26-30 C
Pool water temperature 25-28 C
Ground temperature 30-32 C
Wind speed 0.05-0.1m/s
Relative humidity 50-60%
2. Relative humidity of indoor swimming pool
It is necessary to maintain a certain relative humidity in indoor swimming pool. When the outdoor temperature is - 10 C, the indoor air relative humidity is 50 - 60%, and the heat transfer coefficient of double windows is 2.9W/m2, the glass windows will still be wet and dew; even if the outdoor temperature is - 1 C, the indoor temperature is 28 C, it will dew. Therefore, swimming pool venues must be dehumidified.
According to the above environment and requirements, swimming pool insulation should use insulation film: swimming pool insulation film.
Uses and advantages:
1. Water insulation in swimming pool.
2. The swimming pool thermal insulation film behind the closed swimming pool can prevent the unnecessary loss of heat and reduce the cost of heating water by more than 70%.
3. Dust-proof to prevent dust from falling into swimming pool water and reduce cleaning costs
4. Reduce water evaporation, improve the air environment of swimming pool, and reduce the corrosion of water to swimming pool equipment.
5. PE products, which are portable, economical and durable, have been widely used in swimming pools and swimming pools.
