Este manor's Fountain in Rome Italy

Este manor was built in the small town of Tivoli, 40 kilometers east of Rome. It was rebuilt by Cardinal este vittorigorio. Confiscated by the Italian government during World War I. The famous musician Liszt lived there until his death in 1886.

Esther manor is located on a steep hillside facing the northwest. The whole garden covers an area of 4.5 hectares and the garden is approximately square. The whole park is divided into 6 platforms, with an elevation difference of nearly 50 meters. The entrance is located on the ground floor and is divided into eight parts by the garden road. The four blocks on both sides are broad-leaved forests, and the four blocks in the center are arranged as green clump planting altars, with a circular fountain in the center. There is also a famous water organ in the bottom garden. The center of the second floor is the oval Longquan pool, and the third floor is the famous Baiquan valley. A water theater is built along the mountain. The highest level of the manor is on the roof about 12 meters wide in front of the house, overlooking the landscape of the whole garden.

Esther manor strengthens the sense of unity of the whole park with its prominent central axis. The manor is famous for its rich water scenery and sound. There are no bright colors in the park. The whole park is shrouded in green plants. It also creates a good background for all kinds of waterscape and exquisite sculpture, which makes a very deep impression. Under the regular and balanced control of the central axis and its vertical parallel road network, Esther manor turns the story of Esther family into a legend of ups and downs. The eagle carving that appears repeatedly in the park is the emblem of the Esther family, while the Roman fountain in the figure below expresses the family background and glory in a straightforward, vivid and charming rhythm through the female wolf, goddess sculpture and obelisk, set off by the natural platform fountain. Although the courtyard has regular geometric shapes, it cannot be seen through at a glance due to the complexity of the terrain. Every node and endpoint has amazing beauty, and it often needs to be seen in front of you.

Taking full advantage of the advantages of the terrace, the manor has planned 500 large and small fountains (from which the name of QIANQUAN palace or Baiquan palace comes). The complex and colorful springs are all naturally formed by the water level drop. Until now, they have not been driven by electricity. In particular, two groups of fountains (organ fountain, owl and bird fountain in the figure below) have been added with artificial mechanical facilities to integrate music The interest of birds singing is integrated into the fountain combination, which can be regarded as a model of water law in classical gardens.
