First way: Filter water purification system

Design purification principle:
The filtration system includes sedimentation bin, vertical tube bin, physical filtration bin, biological biochemical bin and clean water bin. The filter is divided into multiple side-by-side bins. The main water circulation system equipment is in the vertical tube chamber, and the physical filtration bin and biochemical bin store filter materials.
Through physical and biochemical separation and decomposition, the visible dirt in the water body is precipitated to the physical filter bin, and then nitrate, ammonia, nitrogen and other substances are fully decomposed and degraded while the water body passes through the biochemical bin, so as to achieve clear water quality.
Specific methods:
A filter is separated at one side of the fish pond, and the first compartment is connected with the fish pond. The water in the clean water compartment is pumped back to the fish pond by a pump to achieve continuous circulation and filtration of water.
The pool water flows through the filter material with a large number of pores in each filter unit, intercepts the debris through the adsorption and barrier of the filter material, settles at the bottom of each filter bin by the weight of the debris, and degrades nitrate, ammonia, nitrogen and other substances in the biochemical bin to achieve the purpose of purifying the water quality. Then, the water in the clean water bin is pumped back to the fish pond by a water pump to achieve the circulation and purification of the fish pond water.
The filter water purification system is often used in landscape fish ponds with a certain area and water volume (50 ~ 200 tons) in the courtyard. The fish pond is too small and the construction cost is not cost-effective. If the fish pond is too large, the area of the filter tank that needs to be trimmed will also be large. Otherwise, the problem of poor water quality treatment will occur. Generally, the area of the filter tank and the area of the fish pond are 1:5, and the depth is the same as that of the fish pond. That is to say, the larger the filter tank is built, the better the treatment effect will be, but the larger the land occupation will be.
The water circulation cycle of the fish pond is generally once every two hours. If the fish culture density is relatively high, it should be circulated every hour. The water in the filter should stay in the warehouse for at least 10-15 minutes to facilitate the culture, reaction and natural precipitation of microorganisms and nitrifying bacteria. During the construction of fish pond and pipe laying, the inlet and outlet water pipes shall be reasonably designed. The fish pond shall not have dead water area, and the water shall rotate in the whole pond.
