Design against the sky | the stacked swimming pool creates a vertical terraced residential building!
Paris based architecture and urban planning company: hamonic + Masson & Associ é S designed "Limassol building" and proposed to build a super luxury residential building in Limassol, Cyprus. They released images of a newly designed residential building, wrapped in a series of satellite pool terraces, that looks like a bunch of flowers in the urban environment.
The tower covers an area of 6000 square meters and includes 19 luxury apartments, swimming pool, retail space and other services.
The project is called Clelia tower, and its proposal won the second prize in the competition. The tower is located in a block of Cyprus, described by the architect as "a special territory".
"The ocean, the sun and beauty decorate its landscape, providing opportunities for unique housing," the architect said. The company's concept of Clelia tower aims to capture such natural brilliance for residents.
The architect's inspiration is from the nature of the city, and the corolla balcony of each apartment highlights the design. Private swimming pools and Greenfield locations, like an independent Island, lead directly to their own apartments.
"This creates a luxurious life experience, which is integrated externally and internally. Corolla system is also found in the green landscape at the bottom; The circular platform and awning have created unique architectural concepts, "the company added.
Through these satellite balconies and terraces, architects are trying to create complete transparency by providing the most designed accessibility sea view.
Sliding glass doors are the only element that separates living areas from balconies, which means that you can feel outdoors by opening the windows.
