Alexander the Great Fountain in Skopje, Macedonia
Macedonia square, located in the center of Skopje, the capital of Macedonia, is one of the most lively and prosperous places in the region. In the center of the square, there is a huge bronze statue of Alexander the great surrounded by the statue of soldiers. The soldiers arranged in the "Macedonian square" are surrounded by the well-known music fountain in Skopje. The water flows down from the base under the statue of Alexander the great, and hundreds of nozzles on the square spray these water vertically upward, just like trained soldiers waiting to fight in all directions.
